The 7 common fault codes of the parking heater are explained as follows:

1. The diesel engine does not start or is difficult to start: Generally, similar faults will occur when there is a problem with the rail pressure sensor;

2. Insufficient engine power: Generally, this fault will cause the maximum speed to be only 1500/1600/1700. The main reason is that the owner’s oil quality is not up to standard and there is too much water in the oil, which causes corrosion in the oil pump, causing this fault;

3. Engine rpm 1000: This is usually caused by a fault in the accelerator pedal;

4. Limp home: due to oil quality problems, the engine’s maximum speed can only reach 1,500;

5. Unstable cruise: the vehicle speed sensor signal is too strong or too weak;

6. The flash code light is always on: Generally, it is because the clutch switch travel gap is too large. When the clutch is depressed, the ECU cannot receive the signal and will report an error that the NPL signal is unreliable;

7. Sudden flameout during operation: The stable power supply voltage is unstable, too high or too low, or the power harness has poor contact.

A complete list of parking heater fault codes is as follows:

1. E01: Ignition failure, which may be caused by electrode damage or circuit failure.

2. E02: Combustion is unstable, which may be caused by incomplete cleaning of the combustion chamber or insufficient gas pressure.

3. E03: Fan failure, which may be caused by damage to the fan motor or circuit failure.

4. E04: Temperature sensor failure, which may be caused by sensor damage or circuit failure.

5. E05: Gas pressure is too high or too low, which may be caused by gas pipeline blockage or gas valve failure.

6. E06: The exhaust temperature is too high, which may be caused by blockage of the flue or incomplete combustion.

7. E07: The water pressure is too low, which may be caused by a water pump failure or water line blockage.

8. E08: The water temperature is too high, which may be caused by blockage of the water line, thermostat failure or circulation pump failure.

9. E09: The water level is too low, which may be caused by water leakage, water inlet blockage or water level sensor failure.

10. E10: The power supply voltage is too low or too high, which may be caused by unstable grid voltage, generator failure or circuit failure.

When the above fault code occurs, the user should contact professional technicians for repairs in time. In addition, regular maintenance and cleaning of the parking heater are also important measures to prevent failure. During use, users should also pay attention to the safety of the equipment to avoid accidents.
